I stayed at the Hotel Gollner for a week to attend a conference at the university. Everything about my experience at the hotel was excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace and reading on the top floor terrace. The location is very convenient to the old city, and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone visiting Graz.

This place was wonderful! Right downtown, spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent, warm service at the front desk. Loved the room with a door separating the bedroom. There was a TV in both the bedroom and the room with the pull-out bed. Highly recommended.

This hotel is impeccable in its cleanliness, but it is an older property. Expect the rooms to appear older, even though maintained well. The sauna is only open briefly in the evening. The location is the best part — feet from Old Town.

This is a nice hotel with modern rooms. Unfortunately our room was on the side of the building where trams run, causing noise and shaking. There was also a mystery loud vibration noise that repeated several times an hour. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to ensure you are in a room off the street side.

Well placed for the old town and for the lovely farmer's market 2 minutes away. I booked this hotel because of the great reviews and it lived up to my expectation. So clean and quiet with lovely friendly staff both in reception and in the dining room. Very quiet for breakfast which was lovely, no queues and a lovely calm ambience. A lovey cool and spacious apartment, everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Loads of hanging and storage space with a separate WC and basin as well as a big bathroom Nd great shower. Parking for the hire car right next door in the hotel garage at a charge but well worth it.

Thoughtfully designed accommodations

Very nice property just a couple of blocks from the main pedestrian area. We stays in the apartment, which was spacious and well thought-out: there were plenty of spaces to put things down, towel bars/hooks (there are never any in most places!), conveniently located shelves, etc. - all of which are minor, but very welcome when one travels with a lot of stuff, kids, etc. Separate bedroom was, of course, a big plus.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer war auf eine gute Weise renoviert ein guter Mix aus alt und neu. Guter Schallschutz. Matratzen für unser Verständnis etwas zu hart. Umfangreiches und leckers Frühstückbuffet. Hotel ist nahe an der Oper und Altstadt.
