I love it think we got the wrong room but over all way a great place to stay. Staff was was great. Though it was really nice what the front desk lady did for the lady in front of my checking in when she was only looking for a room for a couple of hours till her husband got there since they were in a accident.

Walkable to downtown Gaylord with several nice dining options. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub after a day spent biking on the North Central State Trail. The breakfast buffet was better than average. Would stay here again.

Because I preregistered online the day before my arrival I received a text informing me when my room was ready. Love this amenity! Rooms and property were very clean and updated. My only wish is that I would have been informed prior to arrival that the hot tub wasn't working. That particular amenity was the reason I chose this property over other options.

Everything was fine but we left a Kindle and a sunglasses on the nightstand and when we called about them about 6 hours after we checked out was told nobody found them our fault for leaving them but it would have been nice if they would have returned them to us also left a tip for housekeeping so kind of a bummer
