Beware of very high hidden charges.

There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use could have been even half as much as we were charged, but with no way of disputing this, it has certainly spoilt our stay.

Ein Zimmer im Haus war nicht sauber gemacht. Es lagen noch benutzte Handtücher und Bettwäsche rum. Obwohl wir direkt bei der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben haben, hat es 5 Tage gedauert eh das Zimmer sauber gemacht wurde. Erst beim 3. Mal Bescheid geben kam jemand. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Vi har netop været på ophold i pinsen 2026. Vi vi indledningsvis sige, at vi overordnet har nydt opholdet og rammerne omkring stedet. Vi vil dog gerne gøre opmærksom på en oplevelse, som trak væsentligt ned i vores samlede vurdering af opholdet. Da der desværre sker et uheld for en gæst mht. afførring i badelandet - herefter lukkes alt ned: reception, spa, badeland og fitness ikke blot for nogle timer, men for badelandets vedkommende for to dage. Det ødelagde vores forventning til at benytte os af stedets faciliteter. Vi håber for kommende gæster, at man ikke lukket alt ned grundet ved uheld i poolen samt at man kan løse det hurtigere fremover. Desuden undrede vi os over, hvorfor fitness blev lukket ned samtidig, så kunne vi heller ikke bruge det. Omgivelserne udenfor området er skønne og personalet i receptionen var venlige. Dejligt med online udtjekning.

Check-in war sehr unschön. Trotz Absprache eines späteren Check-ins mussten wir über eine Stunde auf unser Zimmer warten, weil vergessen wurde unsere Karten in den Briefkasten zu legen und extra jemand aus seinem Frei kommen musste. Eine kleine Entschädigung haben wir nicht erhalten. Appartements sind okay, Betten fürchterlich unbequem. Wellnessbereich kann man sich sparen. Vor allem war Kältebecken und Tretbecken außer Betrieb. Auch gab es nur vier Liegen. Das schlimmste sind aber die Strom und Warmwasser Kosten im Nachhinein. Wir waren nur kurz dort, kaum anwesend, Heizung alle runter gedreht, nur ein bisschen TV geschaut am Abend, weder Spülmaschine noch Waschmaschine benutzt und mussten trotzdem einiges nachzahlen. Restaurant hatte auch geschlossen. Es gab also weder Frühstück noch Abendessen zur Auswahl. Fazit: mehr Schein als Sein. Preis Leistung sehr schlecht.

Trivsam och fräsch tvårumslägenhet för par. Fin SPA-avdelning som ingår och ligger i samma byggnad. Det är dock begränsade öppettider. Trevligt område med fina vandringsmöjligheter. Det tillkommer en del avgifter vilken var känt, men att det dessutom tillkommer några hundralappar för fjärrvärme var okänt. Slutstädning ingick vilken var bra.

Weekend tur med børn og vennepar. Nød området som ligger ok i forhold til at komme rundt og se ting. Dejligt med 4 soveværelser med rigtige senge, et pluds herfra. På minus siden er at inventar ligner noget fra 90`erne og at poolen i det tilhørende badeland er meget lille, måske udemærket til en familie med meget små børn?

Huis qua grote en het park top. Maar er zijn spullen in huis aan vervanging toe. Pannen kapotte tefallaag. Er was 1 klein pannetje goed. Bedkussens en matrassen vies veel gele vlekken. Droger deed het niet de was stonk en bleef nat. Alles was wel aanwezig in huis. Prettig huis
