This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful. The property is spotless, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing selection of choices. I highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing stay. I was there with two children and my dad and we had an amazing time staying at Hotel Amalia. The breakfast was out of this world delicious and we had a room for four people and it was superb. I will be back for another stay when visiting Sweden again :) Thank you sooooo much for your hospitality!

Great stay near all the shops and restaurants. The staff was super helpful too helping us find restaurants that were open since we were there in their off season and many were closed. The room was spacious and very clean. 10/10. No complaints!

Hotel Amalias Hus was in a great location- close to downtown and great hiking trails behind the property. The food was delicious- lovely 3 course breakfast with lots of choices and dinner was also very good. A quaint, historic property with lots of little seating areas outside to enjoy a book or a drink. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Forget to mention there are nice views of Lake Vättern from the dining room.

One of the most memorable hotels we stayed at on our Swedish drive trip. The hotel rooms were very quaint and the restaurant was outstanding. We had an elaborate, traditional, Swedish dinner and then in the morning a very well prepared breakfast. We stayed one night, but wished we had stayed several nights.

Helhetsupplevelsen en besvikelse i relation till pris. Service bra och personal klart trevlig samt tillmötesgående, men: Vi fick rum i huset på andra sidan vägen som tydligen var den gamla delen. AC här består av en fläkt som inte går att ha på när man sover för den låter värre än ett jetplan. Resultat, väldigt varmt rum nattetid. Rummet var väldigt litet i relation till de classic dubbelrum som visas på hotels.com och inte riktigt representativt. Det var dock rent, och badrum fräscht. Middagen i restaurangen var inte alls i klass med tidigare recensioner vi läst. Vi valde enbart varmrätt, pris 395kr, och mängden mat resulterade i ett besök på ICA efteråt för att vi skulle slippa lägga oss hungriga. Därutöver smakmässigt god sås, för al dente grönsaker och för lite kött som var för torrt och för lite kryddat. Frukosten var däremot fantastisk och den väger upp lite för resten. Totalt sett lever hotellet inte riktigt upp till den nivå som speglas i helhetsbetyget på hotels.com.

Väldigt mysigt, genuint, småskaligt boende med fina detaljer. Bodde i eget hus kallat Ateljén, men direkt access till delad trädgård. Välordnat med finklippt gräsmatta och nya utemöbler under gamla äppelträd. Tyst och lugnt. Fin frukost - det ändå tråkiga var att hunden inte fick följa med in i matsalen, och det fanns ingen möjlighet att sitta utomhus. Hotel Hus Amalia var Grännas absoluta höjdpunkt!
