The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. The rooms are clean, comfy, and spacious. We had an issue with noisy neighbors, so the staff moved us to a quieter room on a different floor. They were super understanding and showed us the new room right away. We wanted to use the pool, but it was really busy, probably because of a baseball game that weekend. The bed was comfy, and the room stayed cool all night. The breakfast was good, and had lots of options. Besides the minor inconvenience, we had a great stay here. We'd absolutely stay here again because of the awesome staff.

The property and staff are accommodating. The only issue we encountered was an out of service hot tub. We stayed at this property a few month ago and the hot tub has been down since that stay. Minor issue, large disappointment. The kids love to swim and play in the pool. Without the hot tub the time spent in the pool was cut short due the the very cold water temps.
