Super clean hotel, great Reno. My only downside is the beds were really hard and there was only 3 pillows on the bed. When you have 2 adults sleeping there we like 2 pillows each. Other then that breakfast was unreal, staff were so nice, and super clean hotel

Staff, especially the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were great, everything we needed and in great shape. Only improvement would be for breakfast, was a bit disappointment as many things were out and was poor quality. Better and healthier options would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff. Way bigger rooms than standard. Clean, well decorated and maintained. Lots of nice touches like a big fridge/freezer, ice bucket, etc. I only gave 4 stars due to the noise from cars on the street. Rooms not facing the street probably don’t have that problem.
