We have a child at GVSU and stay at this property when we visit. It is easy ti get to campus and downtown from this location. Staff has always be friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and well maintained.

The rooms and hotels are so clean. Mohammad was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time anywhere. The rooms are big but the layout is so weird and the door to the bathroom is so loud. It’s my only complaint so if your a light sleeper it might not be for you but the service and hotel it self is nice. The pool layout is wild though lol

Great breakfast!!! Best we’ve had at hotels in a while. Checkout wasn’t until noon - which was fantastic! We were very happy. It was a crowded weekend, so the trash cans on the property were overflowing and a bit more cleanup was needed but, understandable with a fully booked hotel.

The lady before me asked for refills and then proceeded to take all but one piece. Seriously? Who does that? I asked for more and was told they were out.
