Hotel was well maintained, furnishings, room, as well as common areas, including the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Coffee was on point!!! Not convenient for walking to restaurants, but many were a short drive away, as well as shooping. Staff was friendly. Hotel was pretty quiet after 8pm.

I thought most everything was excellent for an economy motel! The only thing I was disappointed in was the pool was not heated! The pool and hot tub area was lovely. The exercise room could have used an exercise bike!

The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The staff people in the dining room for breakfast time was friendly, always had a smile on her face, and made sure we had plenty to eat. The cleaning/house keeping staff were thorough, friendly and courteous. One of the room I reserved developed a water leak. All the room were full so they couldn't move us that night. Staff apologized and moved us as soon as a room became available. We appreciate their effort.

We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!

Breakfast was delicious. That’s pretty much all I can say. Our room didn’t hit have a shower curtain, the bathroom floor was filthy with hair and dirt on it. The beds had blood spots on the comforters and it smelled like mold.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was your typical basic bagels, waffle maker, etc. Disappointed in the room we had as there were clear spilt liquid on the wall, and the rug looked at though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few stays. But the beds were clean, and the bathroom was clean.

Room was ok. The lamps were rusty and the doors were banged up. Comforter had stains and the smell upon arrival was not good. I brought cleaning supplies and took care of that. The windows on the building needed to be cleaned and the pool area. Not impressed but the price explained that. The breakfast was good. The staff not very friendly

Room was nice and clean except for the strong smell of marijuana that was overpowering when you entered the room. The pool water was filthy so I decided not to go in. The hot tub only had one working jet. The breakfast bar was ok. The waffle iron only worked one of the days. Wanted eggs and waited for them to be replenished but eventually gave up. Very convenient location near the highway.
