The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were small, but available throughout the day. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, basic stay. Staff was friendly but failed to mention the spa and sauna were out of order when we checked it, that was a bummer to find out. A bit dated but it's clean and the continental breakfast was a bonus. Would stay again.

What was once obviously a very nice hotel is now a run down mess. While clean enough to get by, there was not really anything that was in good repair. Quite sad actually. With some attention and effort could be an excellent place. Breakfast not worth mentioning. Staff was helpful and personable and most probably doing the best they can with limited resources.

Great customer service and a decent room for the price, as you will not find anything less expensive in the whole City. Ice machine was broken but other than that, no issues! A little road noise early in the morning but not bad.

The Inn needs some updating. But I think they are working on that. It was clean and the price was right for us as all we needed was a place to sleep. The staff is very helpful, accessible and accommodating. We didn’t realize we were supposed to leave our dirty towels outside on the cement if we wanted clean ones. That practice seemed a little odd. We did enjoy our stay in Grand Marias so it was good for us.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.Though, I felt that the amenities were insufficient. The refrigerator barely cooled our food and there was no microwave in our room. Also the bathtub stopper did not work to allow for a bath. I dont have any plans to stay there again in the future.

Staff was great. Lobby had ice, snacks, light breakfast options, etc. The back of the building was a bit ghetto and not pleasing to the eye. Rooms are dated. Had a few crickets in our room. Bed wasn’t bad, and room was pretty quiet. Location is excellent.

Everything was amazing. This was the second time we have stayed here and it was just as great as the first time. Now if you're looking for fancy 5 star hotel this is not it. Yet the staff are 5 stars and even the stay was 5 stars. It's a place to relax and sleep after long days on the north shore. I will keep coming back

No pool only a hot tub which was out of order. Pool passes available for another motel. No ice machine just a little table top over and a cooler full of ice. Kind of gross. The linens on the bed were from the 70s. Silk comforters. Could be a really cute place not needs updating. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Don't allow previous reviews to worry you. We had a clean room, and a good bed for a solid night's rest. NO noise noted from other guests. Staff were very attentive, helpful and kind. Breakfast was continental and the breakfast area was very small, but there's plenty of food including protein. I wouldn't choose this inn for a long stay, but for a night or two, it's all you need. Oh, the lamp on one nightstand didn't work and I forgot to tell the staff. Toilets are very short, so it's a bit hard to get up. But that's not a big issue.

Everything was just fine for the one night we stayed: the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I liked the end second floor room facing the nice trees. We didn't use the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It was a nice location for being quiet, and not too far from downtown. The staff were friendly. Thanks!

My overall stay at Aspen Inn was okay, but with a few notable drawbacks. On the bright side, the staff was awesome—very welcoming and helpful. The washrooms and towels were very good, and surprisingly, the sheets were actually good and felt clean. However, there were two major areas that need improvement: The Blanket: While the sheets were fine, the blanket itself felt very old and gave off an unclean, dated vibe. It definitely needs to be replaced. Climate Control: The room had no fan or air conditioner, which made it quite uncomfortable at times. It is an okay place for friendly service and clean sheets/bathrooms, but updating the blankets and adding proper room ventilation or AC would make a huge difference.

It's an older property with older mattresses that are pure innerspring with no pillowtop and they are lower quality. There's no microwave in the room, only a fridge. Our room did have air conditioning, but we hardly needed it as the temperatures at night were comfortable enough to open the window. "Breakfast" is sparse: bagels, cereal, individually packed waffles, yogurt, toast. It was enough for us, but it was light on options. Also, the hot tub was out of service when we stayed.

I liked the convenience of my room right by the door where my car was parked, so no stairs. I didn't like that Expedia said that they have an indoor pool but they do not have one on-site. We were able to get a pass to use the pool at the Aspen Lodge down the street. Also the beds are terribly hard, luckily we were only there for one night.
