The staff was wonderful. The only negative is that they put us in a upstairs room because I forgot to request a downstairs room. Trying to lug a heavy suitcase at 72yrs was not fun. I asked to change rooms but was told they were booked

The room was nice and clean. The shower was a walk-in with large bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I liked the soft lighting around the mirror in the bathroom. The TV was huge with lots of channels besides the local ones. We were even able to watch the Monday Night football game on ESPN. Our bed was king size and comfortable with four large pillows. The only drawback was the A/C was noisy in our room when it came on.
