The apartment was really quaint with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was very noisey qe could hear rmthe people above us and people on the streets all night long. We dos not get any sleep. Bring ear plugs and a eye mask as the street lights are bright. Great location.

Superb location for those visiting Granada! (just bring ear plugs for sleeping as many loud motorbikes pass at night along with a garbage truck). Apartment was very nice, well equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, nice outdoor patio area. Hotel is entirely "self check-in" which is in theory good but the system forced you to upload a photo of your passport which violates data-minimisation under GDPR, they need an option where you enter your details, then the passports can be checked by a human on check-in to ensure they match, sadly this option is not provided. A lot of towels were provided, which was excellent. The shower was very powerful! Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Had a bit of an issue on our final morning: The key code for our door stopped working 15 minutes before check-out at 11am, so we were unable to get back into the property and had to call the hotel to access our remaining belongings, not good at all, seems so easy to fix. Overall with a few minor tweaks this would be a excellent place to stay in central Granada at a very competitive price.

The reception staff at the at the Hotel de Luna helped with our check in as I was unable to do this online. The apartment was ready in advance. They sorted our car parking out (not easy find or drive through the small streets of Granada so avoid if you can). Our reception wasn’t overly helpful and we had to ask for things like a city map, her colleague on the opposite desk was much more helpful and communicative. The apartments are around 5 mins easy walk from the hotel and an easy key code system for the main door and for the apartment. The apartment was in a reasonably quiet area away from the throng and in a convenient location for accessing and experiencing all the city sights. The apartment is bright, modern, well equipped. The bed linen etc was clean and the beds comfortable. The patio is ridiculously small and unusable so don’t pay extra to have a room with this facility. The bedside shelves fell off if you put anything on them. The kitchen was clean but the kettle was dirty for example, the skirting boards were mucky and dusty and the certain fitments deteriorating. However, location, clean bed, reasonable city quiet, modern place to rest between all there is to see made it acceptable for a couple of nights. Expensive for what it was.

Attention je ne parle que du pour le studio, le canapé lit n’est pas confort, ok pour 1nuit, et la cuisine n’est pas équipée de plaque de cuisson donc pas possible de se préparer quelque chose.
