The staff was outstanding and very helpful. We enjoyed wine on the terrace a couple of times. Continental breakfast was substantial and tasty. Incredibly convenient location. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely traditional hotel with lots of charm. With a later arrival it was easy to get in some sights and a have lovely dinner within a short 3 or 4 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chilling in the roof terrace was a bonus.

Great accommodations with excellent location, friendly staff. Streets immediately around hotel were a little dirty with some strong odors, which the hotel really can’t control. Rooftop terrace was delightful.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from anything interesting in Granada. Nearby you can also find restaurants and cafes. The room was lovely decorated very artistically. There is also a terrace on top of the building with a nice view. The personnel is super friendly. I'd definitely recommend and would go there again.

It has a roof terrace with view of the Alhambra and the dome of the cathedral. I hope I could have received a detailed instruction on parking before arriving at the hotel.

Wonderful stay. Perfect for a 2 night break! Wonderful terrace and great location for exploring Granada. Really friendly staff and great price. Proper spanish hotel with a cosy home-y feel

The room was very small and once you open the luggage caddy navigating the room is an obstacle course, which is hazardous for seniors especially at night to access the bathroom. The tub is dangerous for seniors to get in and out of. The lighting is very poor and we had to open the windows for better lighting. Also, the bed was not comfortable, however the place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Taxis cannot come to the door as the street does not permit it and you need to walk a block to meet the taxi.

Charming Hotel, Great location

Charming hotel in a great location. Nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable, the room clean. Has the basics in the bathroom, good water pressure. Expect noise from the street and from the stair and hall outside the door.
