The rooms were spacious, and the bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The buffet was excellent, and the location was great. The customer service was also very friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the beautiful room/view (balcony looking toward La Alhambra), comfortable bed, refreshing dip in the pool, and incredibly excellent staff. The in-room amenities are spot-on, and the food and drinks from the hotel restaurant/bar were excellent. The location was wonderful for walking amd exploring the city as well!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The public are very spacious and well maintained. The room was massive with a king size bed and a sofa in a separate area, along with a big wardrobe and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb (the only piece of feedback would to add labels for people with food intolerances but other than that this was one of the best breakfasts I have had recently). Thank you for such a wonderful stay

This place was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous room with a wonderful breakfast. The rooftop pool and lounge was indeed spectacular! we only would have wished the pool was open longer and the fancy dining area separate....I'm sure the diners would prefer this, too. The staff was amazing and seemed to be doing their best to accommodate a range of guests' needs. We also enjoyed the large salon in the ground floor, and the hotel is in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Carmen Granada. The hotel is located right in the center of Granada, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location also makes it an excellent choice for visiting both the Alhambra and the historic Albaicín neighborhood. It was a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Granada. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
