This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

Vamos todos os anos para o mesmo hotel. Primeira vez que achamos o hotel um pouco caído. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, o serviço do restaurante Forneria estava muito demorado, a comida veio fria as duas vezes que fomos lá. Desta vez não ficamos com vontade de retornar.

Escrevo esta avaliação com muito cuidado, porque minha história com o Wish Serrano vai muito além de uma hospedagem comum. São mais de 13 anos de vínculo, dezenas de estadias e incontáveis lembranças. Sempre considerei o Serrano meu lugar em Gramado. Ao longo de todos esses anos, a piscina interna aquecida sempre foi um dos principais motivos das nossas escolhas pelo hotel. Ela nunca foi apenas lazer, mas parte da experiência e das memórias construídas aqui. Por isso, ficou muito claro para nós quando percebemos que a piscina e a hidromassagem estavam muito frias. Não foi impressão: conhecemos muito bem o padrão do hotel e a temperatura habitual da piscina. Inclusive, outros hóspedes comentavam a mesma situação. Tenho certeza de que isso não estava relacionado ao frio externo, pois já estivemos hospedados em períodos muito mais frios e a piscina sempre esteve perfeitamente aquecida. Após nosso contato, fomos informados pelo setor de qualidade que havia um problema na caldeira. Recebemos como alternativa uma massagem e hidro no SPA, gesto que reconhecemos e agradecemos. Porém, duas horas de SPA não substituem três diárias de descanso e piscina — justamente um dos motivos principais da nossa escolha. A maior frustração não foi o problema técnico, mas a sensação de que a solução não compensou a experiência perdida. Pela primeira vez em muitos anos, saímos levando mais frustração do que lembranças.
