This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

Localização muito boa, quarto grande e confortável, mas os serviços deixam muito a desejar. Tínhamos meia pensão, mas não jantamos sempre no hotel pq não era bom e o café da manhã muito fraco. Não vale a pena o investimento alto que fizemos. Foi uma decepção e não segue o mesmo padrão dos outros WISH que conhecemos.
