The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

Muito bom! Melhor café da Região, quarto confortável, pena ter que pagar estacionamento Nao coberto diario de 30 reais (antes de reservar já sabia estão foi minha opção esse hotel) sai caro ficar mais dias por causa do estacionamento!!

Eu ja fiquei em outro hoteis e achei esse desorganizado demais. Chegamos para fazer check in e nao estavam todos funcionários uniformizados então ficamos confusos, nos indicaram um quarto e nos levaram ate ele para nos acomodarmos, quando abrimos a porta eles não havia sido limpo ainda pela equipe estando todo bagunçado, tivemos que solicitar um novo quarto que o funcionario precisou procurar um quarto limpo para nos oferecer. Outro ponto foi que alugamos 2 quartos iguais(viagem em familia) mas ficamos em andares diferentes sendo os quartos bastante diferentes um tinha sala dois quartos e sacada, e o outro era apenas quarto e banheiro. A sala de jogos do hotel nao tinha tacos pra jogar bilhar, a jacuzzi do hotel nao tem como regular a temperatura e estava muito suja, a sauna do hotel estava em manutenção, a quadra de tenis está em condições pessimas.. ou seja o hotel não esta tendo boa manutenção. O cafe da manha foi bom, agua quente funcionava porém ninguem limpava os vidros do box do chuveiro ou as janelas ha provavelmente meses, de forma geral uma experiencia mediana para ruim. As fotos do hotel sao provavelmente melhoradas por IA e nao condizem com as condições do hotel.

Precisa melhorar pelo o que cobra

Quarto antigo e com muitas marcas de uso, móveis de madeira inchados, precisa de uma boa reforma, tinham pouca coberta e no quarto de casal tinha uma coberta de solteiro, cobram estacionamento de 33 reias a parte sendo que o estacionamento não tem infraestrutura e os carros ficam ao ar livre, sugiro quem for se hospedar deixar o veículo na rua, pois existem vagas na rua e o estacionamento é aberto e praticamente na rua

Decepcionante

Um dos únicos pontos positivos foi a mascote Sky, cachorrinha que fica na recepção. O que mais nos chateou foi no saguão do hotel homens disfarçados de funcionários que ficam de plantão lá atacam as pessoas com promessas e convites para conhecerem resorts pela cidade com mentiras que será rápido e ganhará brindes, ao chegar lá é uma abordagem agressiva de venda de cotas de hotel, você não consegue sair. Estávamos saindo do café do hotel e eles abordam e são insistentes e invasivos. Uma BARBARIDADE passar por isso em uma viagem de passeio Localização ok Estacionamento ok Serviço de quarto: com medo das avaliações que li sobre, optei por não limparem o quarto Piscina ok Sala de jogos ok Valor ok Estrutura: bem antiga, tv ruim, cobertas e somente um travesseiro por pessoa

Tem que melhorar muita coisa para ficar bom

Café da manha incrível muito bom; Quarto deixou a desejar, cama muito ruim apesar de ser box não ajuda em nada dor nas costas e uma cama de ma qualidade; travesseiros também muito ruim péssimos; Nada contra animais eu amo cães mas acredito que o fato do mascote do hotel estar deitado em cima de todos os sofás gera um pouco de falta de higiene com os pelos e até a baba do bichinho nos sofás; Serviço de recepção também fraco muito tempo para preencher a ficha do chek in além de não prestar nenhuma ajuda na hora de levar as malas para o quarto. Com exceção do café da manhã o hotel pode melhorar muito seu atendimento e serviços assim como na área de descanso dos quarto.

Estadia decepcionante. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por falta de manutenção no chuveiro que estava com vazamento. Colchão muito ruim. Mau cheiro no quarto, carpete sujo. Atendimento de alguns colaboradores bem mais ou menos. Enfim... estadia muito ruim, sem considerar o valor que não condiz com a infra do hotel.

Uma ótima hospedagem.

Ja é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. No geral é um otimo hotel, o quarto é limpo e cheiroso, banheiro também, tem uma boa infraestrutura, com piscina aquecida e ofurô, não utilizamos pois ficamos apenas 1 dia e optamos em dar preferência aos passeios na cidade. O café da manhã é espetacular, e uma coisa que eu amei muito foi a mascote do hotel a Sky, muito fofa e super bem tratada, recebeu muito carinho da gente, ela com certeza fez a diferença pra que nossa hospedagem fosse ainda melhor. Ponto super positivo pro hotel nesse quesito também. Na nossa hospedagem o unico ponto negativo é que a cama nao era muito confortável, onde a gente deitava ela afundava e ficava tipo um buraco.

no geral foi otimo tirando o incidente com o caõ

a estadia foi agradavel, tivemos um problema com barulho pois o casal de quarto ao lado saiu e deixou seu cachorrinho de estimação no quarto e ele nao parou de latir nao permitindo que descansassemos mas pedimos ao hotel para trocar de quarto e prontamente resolveram nos oferecendo outro quarto.

Ficamos hospedados no Sky Valle de 18 para 19/07. O atendimento sempre é muito bom, porém o quarto que ficamos não condiz com o que aparece nas fotos. A porta do quarto emperrada e a do box do banheiro também. Cama barulhenta. Colchão velho, afundado de tanto uso. Travesseiros desconfortáveis. Sem contar que para acessar a piscina é pelo lado de fora do hotel. Ou seja, você sai da piscina em um dia como o de hoje com chuva e frio, e precisa transitar na rua. A jacuzzi sem condições de usar devido ao aquecimento exagerado. O ambiente estava totalmente umido não permitindo que os banheiros fossem usados sem molhar a roupa levada para ser trocada após o banho. Pois a água pingava do teto molhando tudo, pia, vasos sanitário e papel higiênico. Geralmente ficamos na rede Sky. O Sky Palace é muito bom. Mas o meu preferido até agora é o Sky da Borges. O café da manhã estava bem mediano. Confesso que nos causou decepção essa experiência.
