A premium location and property in the heart of a beautiful city. Although there were renovations happening, and this included some construction noise and mess, it was easy to overlook the inconvenience.

Um excelente hotel bem localizado no centro de gramado. Limpeza ok. O único problema é que a cama que nos oferecerem não foi no padrão do hotel, dormimos mal, colhão horrível. Obs: os atendentes são anti_práticos. Parecem que trabalham infelizes... Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento ao cliente. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ficamos na suite superior, entre dois adultos e uma criança, e o quarto é excelente. Todo reformado, com calefação e ar condicionado. Cama de casal king é muito confortável.
