Small rooms with low ceiling corners where I cracked my head several times. No bathroom ventilation. Mold clearly visible between the tiles.Average breakfast. The breakfast room can be overcrowded if there is a tour bus. The pool was shut without prior notice and no discount given. Excellent staff, especially the very nice cleaning lady.

Estrutura do Hotel é boa, aparentemente passou por reforma recente. A cama e o quarto eram bem confortáveis. O café da manhã é satisfatório e atende as necessidades. A localizacão do hotel não é no centro, mas fica a poucos minutos de carro das principais ruas de Gramado. A única queixa a fazer foi sobre um incidente ocorrido, levaram uma toalha pessoal da minha bebê por engano, durante a limpeza do quarto. Após muitas cobranças só houve a devolução três dias depois.
