Infelizmente saímos bem frustrados, o nosso objetivo maior quando reservamos esse hotel foi pelo diferencial do restaurante giratório, mas infelizmente nenhum dia funcionou. Sempre falavam que estava em manutenção, ou seja não tivemos a experiência de nenhum dia ter a experiência de tomar café com o restaurante girando. O aquecimento dos salgados no café só funcionou no primeiro dia, no último dia o chuveiro não funcionou a água quente. Gostaria de ser ressarcida com parte do valor que gastei nas diárias e não tive acesso.

Infelizmente, por inúmeras e sucessivas ocorrências, a hospedagem foi muito insatisfatória. No primeiro dia, a caldeira estava com defeito e tivemos que esperar uma hora pelo retorno da água quente para banho; nesse período, minha companheira ficou presa no banheiro porque o trinco da porta soltou-se. Ao tentar pedir ajuda por telefone, não consegui contato com a portaria, pois a central telefônica está fora de funcionamento (tive que descer de roupão para conseguir uma chave de fenda para arrumar a porta do banheiro e descobrir o motivo da falta de água quente). No segundo dia, o sifão da pia do banheiro estava com vazamento, molhando o chão. No café da manhã, o pedido de ovos mexidos foi esquecido (e não foi atendido) por falta de registro no sistema da cozinha. A banheira que havia sido usada, bem como duas taças do frigobar, não foram limpos pelo serviço de quarto (descobrimos isso à noite, quando fomos usar novamente e desistimos devido à absoluta falta de limpeza). Na manhã do terceiro dia, recolheram nossos pratos com comida servida, enquanto fomos à máquina de café para uma segunda xícara. Para encerrar, os impostos e taxas que eu paguei no momento da reserva foram cobrados pela segunda vez no momento do check-in. Ao perceber depois a cobrança indevida, pedi ressarcimento ao hotel, mas até agora não fui atendido. Estou aguardando o setor de reservas (Sra. Serenita) dar atenção ao meu pedido. Enfim, infelizmente, uma triste experiência de hospedagem. Não recomendo.

Por fora, bela viola….. Tivemos vários problemas. 1 - Fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e, conforme o anúncio, eu seria cobrado APENAS durante a estadia, e poderia pagar em até 10x sem juros. MAS fui debitado EM UMA SÓ VEZ, um mês antes da estadia. 2 - Problemas no checkin, por falta de dedicação e atenção no atendimento. Má vontade da recepcionista. 3 - Reserva para três pessoas, mas só havia 2 toalhas no quarto. Esse problema se repetiu durante a hospedagem, mais de uma vez. 4 - Falta de reposição de PAPEL HIGIÊNICO no quarto. Inadmissível!! Tive de descer à recepção para solicitar a reposição, pois o interfone não funcionava. 5 - Depois de muito insistir, descobri que O INTERFONE DO QUARTO NÃO FUNCIONA!!! Quando precisei de atendimento, tive de descer na recepção, inclusive de madrugada. 6 - Barulho durante a madrugada, causado por uma fechadura eletrônica que disparou em outro quarto no mesmo andar que o meu, e estava impossível dormir. Como não havia interfone, tive de descer na recepção DE ROUPÃO DE BANHO, para pedir para desligarem aquele barulho infernal. 7 - Experiência ruim no restaurante. No dia da chegada, fomos almoçar. Valores muito altos para pratos que certamente não foram preparados na hora. O filé mignon parecia comida congelada, o que é um acinte pelo preço que pagamos. No café da manhã, as tortas e bolos (e imagino que o resto também), também aparentavam ter sido aproveitados dia após dia. Agradeço a Tânia, que se esforçou para minimizar os problemas.

Hotel incrível. Praticamente uma experiência exclusiva. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto confortável e muito bem estruturado. Cama fabulosa e banheiro perfeito. O café da manhã é deslumbrante, com grande variedade e requinte. Até espumante está disponível. Seguramente será a opção na próxima vez em Gramado.

Boa localização, com estacionamento e um bom café da manhã. todos os funcionarios são gentis e solicitos. O hotel foi aparentemente, renovado a pouco tempo, porém existem alguns itens nos quartos que precisam de manutenção como cortinas furadas e sujas, vidros das janeilas quebrados, telas soltas. Frigobar as vezes cngela a agua. Quartos amplos e bem dispostos. bom chuveiro. Tem quartos acessiveis. Os itens a la carte do café da manhã são bons mais não chegam sempre quentes na mesa. Foi uma boa estadia mais o custo é alto para a região.
