Wonderful staff very nice people. The concierge was absolutely phenomenal. He’s got us dinner reservations every night at the most wonderful amazing places and spoke fluent English and was just very very helpful.

Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Localização excelente, próximo a rua coberta e com a possibilidade de ir a diversas atrações a pé. Quartos limpos, cama confortável, bom isolamento acústico. Café da manhã muito bom, mas um pouquinho abaixo dos outros cafés de Gramado. Staff prestativo e cordial, destaque especial para o Cassiano que presta um atendimento impecável. Consultem algumas taxas extras que são cobradas ao final da estadia como estacionamento e taxa de serviço.

Sempre muito bom ficar no Cercano. A localização a 30 metros da Rua Coberta é um ponto muito importante. O hotel é ótimo. Banho, cama e café da manhã (pra mim os aspectos mais importantes) são excelentes. Em Gramado, o Cercano será sempre uma ótima opção.
