Wonderful place that I will come back again.

It might be a bit hard to find, but it's actually minutes away by car to Gramado. Know the path once and it's super convenient. The property is huge, and has lots of greens. There is even a farm where I spotted an extraordinary golden long-tailed bird. Wonderful bedding and nice heating. The hotel and my room are super clean and cozy.

Quartos perfeitos, mas vagas garagem ruim

O hotel em si Ă© maravilhoso. PorĂ©m todos os quartos ficam com saĂ­da para fora e nĂŁo prĂłximo ao estacionamento fazendo com que vocĂȘ ande a pĂ© em caso de chuva. O hotel fica um tanto fora do centro E o fato de o hotel nĂŁo ter restaurante, acesso a comida necessita que a gente faça pedido fora tendo que subir lĂĄ na recepção para buscar mesmo em caso de chuva

Excelente atendimento, em um ambiente muito agradåvel. O hotel fica afastado do centro, mas é muito conveniente para quem quer relaxar. Internet e café da manhã podem melhorar. Vale o custo-benefício.

Quarto com limpeza impecĂĄvel, com o sossego da natureza ao redor, estilo cabaninha no meio do mato e de fĂĄcil acesso. Ótimo para descansar durante os dias de passeio na regiĂŁo. SĂł a recepção nĂŁo foi muito receptiva no perĂ­odo noturno, mas todos os outros funcionĂĄrios eram muito prestativos, amigĂĄveis e educados. As rosquinhas do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ sĂŁo uma delĂ­cia (quando tem disponĂ­vel no buffet, porque a la carte nĂŁo tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no cafĂ© tambĂ©m deixou um pouco a desejar pois nĂŁo engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas bĂĄsicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)

No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma årea grande com jardim, piscina, lago, campo de futebol, redårio, fazendinha, etc. Os bangalÎs são bons também, porém poderiam melhorar em alguns aspectos de manutenção, como a ducha que a saída de ågua não é uniforme, parecendo uma cachoeira. Quanto à limpeza, poderia melhorar também, pois quando deixamos disponível durante o dia, só eram trocadas as toalhas, retirado o lixo e a cama arrumada. O chão e a privada não eram limpos. Em outros hotéis que jå nos hospedamos o quarto era limpo todos os dias, mas é compreensível por conta da quantidade de funcionårios. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e os funcionårios muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Adoramos a estadia e nos sentimos bem acolhidos.

Lugar agradĂĄvel mas falta acolhimento

InstalaçÔes boas, reformadas e confortåveis. Atendimento falta empatia dos funcionarios e falta uma recepção (precisa ser rerformada) e um restaurante mais aconchegantes. Mesma coisa para a estrutura da fazendinha que é muito precario para se fazer uma visitação. O lugar é muito agradavel, mas falta um cuidado melhor nestes setores. Daria nota 8.

Estadia no BangalĂŽs da Serra

Houve um contratempo em relação a energia elétrica. Ficamos com o quarto sem luz por quase 24 horas, sendo uma noite, e o eletricista aparentemente não tinha destreza pra resolver a questão. A falta de energia foi sanada no dia seguinte. A equipe fez um pedido de desculpas e não cobrou um valor de 123 reais de consumo no restaurante do hotel. De todo modo, apesar de compreender a boa vontade, sugiro que o hotel faça uma revisão do sistema elétrico de modo a diminuir as chances de ocorrerem estes fatos por ocasião de ocupação plena ( o curto quase certamente deu-se em virtude de sobrecarga).

Adoramos nossa estadia. A propriedade é linda, com manutenção impecåvel, com espaço para crianças, ampla årea verde, excelente para descansar. Ficamos em um apartamento. Não era muito amplo, mas suficiente para 3, confortåvel e limpo. Destaque especial para o excelente café da manhã! Serviço impecåvel. Jå estive em resorts 5* que não ofereciam um serviço tão bom. Todo pessoal do staff muito solícito, educado e amigåvel.
