Bed was comfortable. Room looked to have had some type of upgrades but was very dirty, curtain didn’t fully cover the whole window so we used shoes to keep it closed. Had built it electric burners to cook if needed.It’s located near many fast food places so lots of options.

We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable

The room was ok. I reserved a king size bed it was no were near a king size and it was so uncomfortable. Thank goodness I took my own towels because theirs were not white at all! The room was very small. The bathroom and shower were updated I liked that. Overall was an ok stay.

Good for overnight stay. Lamps for night reading or study at the nice desk were not there. A small night light would have been convenient for an old man. Most have a coffee maker in the room (not there) :-/. We have to go to this area every couple weeks for the next 5 months. We will be back and pleased to do so.

Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site.

I had to change rooms because the one I booked smelled like smoke. And checked out after 30 minutes because I was too sketched out. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and pillows had stains all over them. The door had been kicked in at one time and was just stapled back up instead being properly fixed. And I was only able to gat a partial refund from the hotels app.

Everything was good except when it came to the TV Satellite. didn't have a clue on how to find a channel so I called the front desk and the gentleman was at my door in a jiffy. He came in and fiddled with the remotes and got the TV working in no time at all. He even showed me the buttons to push if any issues were to arise. Happy to say No issues and the stay wa great. We will return when in the Brownwood, Tx area. Thank You Sir for your hospitality.

When I booked this room it had a rating of 7/10. I don’t know who could stay at this motel and give it that high of a rating. I would rate it a 0/10. This is the trashiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. The towels were filthy. This place is a combination of slumlord long term rentals and short term motel rooms. If this was the only place to stay in Graham I would choose to sleep in my truck. The pictures are not an actual representation of the actual condition of the property. DO NOT STAY HERE
