The room was very clean and we had the view over the bay, it was amazing especially at night. There is no AC, but a fan in the closet. Bathroom had a towel warmer. only downside was that we had to build the third bed by ourselves, get towels and blankets out of the closet. But thats peanuts. Breakfast was great qith a lot if different choices and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

I found this hotel to be average and not a great experience overall . Room was a superior room with sofa bed with a bridge/river view and it felt basic and run down but it was clean. Staff was really nice and pleasant but part of this hotel experience was using the facilities and the hot tub and sauna was under maintenance the whole time and the breakfast was awful on one day but I think this was down to SHM playing so staff was overwhelmed by the numbers that attended but saying that it didn’t get much better. If you are planning on using this hotel to explore Gothenburg take into account how far it is away if you are planning on using the trams as it took 40mins.

The beds were not as comfortable. Room was clean. You had to pay for parking but it was at the premises. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety to choose from. Our view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The view from the breakfast area was absolutely amazing. Loved the jacuzzi & sauna, wish it opened later hours though. Staff was very sweet and helpful, specially Mann, he was the best, very welcoming & kind. I would definitely stay here again.
