This hotel was in walking distance to eb=verything, It had many option such as golf, a pool and other things if you did not want to leave beautiful hotel and staff was amazing

Wonderful stay. The pool was great and we could use it until 11am as a family. The bar and games were a big hit with my son,especially silly the shuffle board! We walked to Liseberg from the hotel, it only took around 10 minutes

The hotel is amazing,the room was clean and cozy,the only thing was the ventilation was to strong so it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was very rich,fresh and various things to choose from. The spa area is very well maintained and there is plenty of space to relax,widough felling crowded. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind .

Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again.

The big disappointment was a room without at window. I guess I should have noticed this when I made the booking but I couldn't imagine that a modern hotel i Sweden has rooms like that. Design and decoration is peculiar, with a dated feel of the 70's. Turning off all the lights in my room before sleep was a ten minute effort. Supper on the 26th floor was underwhelming but the views were fantastic. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Very good breakfast, although a coffee machine making cappuccino and espresso would have been nice.

The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel.

Welcoming Friendly staff from reception, pool and spa staff, restaurant staff as well as the housekeeping staff nothing was too much when asking a question/query and they were all happy to help. Food was excellent. Rooms are very nice ,clean and spotless, beds and pillows were very comfy. The whole stay and experience was definitely value for money.
