Wonderful stay. The pool was great and we could use it until 11am as a family. The bar and games were a big hit with my son,especially silly the shuffle board! We walked to Liseberg from the hotel, it only took around 10 minutes

Amazing stay, the hotel was beautiful, trendy eclectic vibe throughout. The pools and rooftop bars are a must see for anyone visiting Gothenburg. It is conveniently located, a super easy walk from the central station. The bed was so comfortable it was almost impossible to leave the next morning. They even offered to store our luggage for the day so we could enjoy the city before our late flight out.

The hotel, facilities and staff were really good. Toiletries supply not that great. The had wash and shampoos bottles were empty. Didn’t had either energy or time to complain about it. Breakfast menu is average.

Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids.

Beautiful architecture and stunning views. The hotel has a unique concept, and the design is truly impressive. It is definitely one of the most visually striking hotels I have stayed in. However, there were a few disappointments. The housekeeping did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel, and the room was not cleaned to the level I anticipated. Another thing worth mentioning is the bathroom design. The large glass walls provide almost no privacy, and some form of screening or a privacy option would make the rooms much more comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of food, but the dining area became very crowded during busy hours. Tables were often left uncleared for quite a long time, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. More frequent clearing of tables would greatly improve the breakfast experience. In my personal opinion, the hotel seems better suited to couples or younger travellers than families with children. The atmosphere and concept feel more focused on adults looking for a stylish city escape. Overall, I enjoyed the architecture and the amazing views, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of comfort, housekeeping and attention to detail.

The breakfast and dinner at the bar from the restaurant Archie’s was good quality. It has a great pool and spa like area overlooking the city which is nice after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We had a drink at Gogogqga which was a lively place. The view was so nice. Yhe hotel is not in the central city but it is right next to Ullevi stadium so that would be a plus if you are going to a game. The rooms are quite dated. Needs a bit of a refresher but otherwise a good hotel.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The design is stunning, with beautiful interiors, stylish décor, and incredible views of Gothenburg that make every part of the property feel special. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were excellent and added to the overall resort experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. The atmosphere throughout the property is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Vi valgte dette hotellet da det var beskrevet som barnevennlig og rett ved Ullevi der vi skulle på kamp. Hotellet framstod mer som en nattklubb enn et 5 stjernes hotell. Vi sjekket inn i 20 tiden, og ble møtt av berusende unge mennesker over alt. Vår sønn på 12 år synes dette var spesielt ubehagelig. Det var ikke mulig å få en matbit etter ankomst, foruten en enkel meny i baren nede der en evt måtte spise ved siden av fulle folk som drakk og med så høy og dunkende musikk som gjorde det umulig å prate sammen. Vi trodde vi hadde sjekket inn på et luksushotell, men stemningen og standaren var som på danskebåten etter midnatt. Siden hotellet ikke ligger så sentralt uten mange restauranter i området, endte vi opp med takaway fra Mc Donalds bare for å få i oss noe mat før leggetid. Nedtur! Rommet var slitent og møkkete, med støv på alle flater, flekkete gulv til gulv teppe, møkkete kran/dusj og avskallede dørkarmer etc. Igjen dette skulle være et 5 stjerners hotell!? Da bør i alle fall renholdet være i orden. Vi bestilte rom til 3 stk, og sønnen ble plassert på en madrass på gulvet. Ingen ekstraseng eller oppredd sofa. Absolutt IKKE et hotell en bør reise med barn, eller som voksen dersom fokuset er velvære, avslapning og opplevelse. Er du derimot mellom 18-25 år og elsker fest, fyll og løsvipper er dette muligens stedet for deg.

Jättefint hotell med riktigt bra restauranger och toppfrukost. Flera roliga aktiviteter som biljard, bordpingis, shuffleboard och fint poolområde. Trevlig personal och fin interiör, fina rum. Däremot var vårt rum inte så välstädat men de andra ytorna var rena och fräscha.

Veldig fint hotell med god frokost. Eneste å trekke var alt for høy musikk ved poolen og veldig få plasser ved bassenget. Her må det bookes på forhånd.
