Staff was exceptional. Room was clean & comfortable. The only slight issue we had was our room was one of 2 located on the back side & we had to park in restaurant parking lot, which was very busy.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! The room was clean, the pool was well maintained, and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I wish were different is the amount of time the fire pit stays on. One hour just didn’t feel long enough, especially when you’re relaxing and enjoying the evening. It would be great if guests could enjoy it for a little longer. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!

Great little place in the middle of Gorham. Nice clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything close by from restaurants to stores and entertainment. The only down side looks like half of the town and a good amount of guests driving ATVs and it is causing some noise all the time.

This was our 3rd year staying here. It’s a great middle point for Storyland & Santas Village (about 30 minute to each). The hotel has a pool and hot tub, they even had pool toys for the kids. Cute little benches outside the rooms and a great common area in the middle with picnic tables, grills, corn hole etc. Shower has great water pressure with plenty of hot water and the beds are comfortable. The town has a great playground for the kids, and we’ve always liked the local restaurants. Would recommend!

This is one of my go to places in Gorham. It’s clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a short drive to Mt Washington, skiing, and hiking.
