The building is old, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There’s also air conditioning. It was a bit of a surprise that tissues and toothbrushes weren’t provided. There’s a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The front desk is only open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but if you arrive late at night, they’ll leave your key card in the safe at the entrance. When you arrive, just call them to get the PIN code and open the door. The front door also opens with the key card. All the staff are very friendly. It’s a little less than a 10-minute walk to the convention center, and there’s a tram stop just before it, so transportation is convenient. It’s right next to the beach. I might stay here again if I come back.

Great location and view. Unable to store luggage for a late flight on Sunday and very unhelpful staff member on front desk - had to take bags to Sofitel. Rooms were clean but room was in poor condition. Has everything you need.

Nothing like their photos. Dirty, old, globes missing in the light fittings, lack of kitchen ware, a PowerPoint fitted on the splash back directly behind one the stove hobs. How that is not a serious safety issue I don’t know. Water leaking throughout the indoor walkways. Staff are very friendly. Would not recommend

Great Location Apartment! Literally walking distance from everything, has fully functional kitchen, great for homy breakfasts or late night snacking! Also washing machine inside the apartment is greatbfor the linger stays, definitely would highly recommend.

Good value older style unit

We were in Broadbeach for a conference at the Convention Centre but paying for ourselves and so wanted somewhere cheap. Ideally located between the Centre and the beach with parking included. On the top (6th floor) of an older building but a large unit with perfectly adequate facilities, very friendly staff.

Great communication leading up to our stay. Very accommodating, giving us extra free parking and a late check out. Lovely reception that was very helpful. Newly renovated and modern inside the apartment. A very comfortable stay for a great price. A great location just a stroll away to the beach and the best restaurants. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Had a small issue night 1, the staff tried to fix but couldn't so they moved our room and was no effort at all to do so. Close to the beach, the pool and spa were beautiful, the rooms are extremely generous and a balcony to enjoy the view. Will stay again. Thanks so much!

The property was not new but well maintained. Our accommodation was clean and everything was in good condition. The property is close to shopping areas and within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach is across the road from the property as are parks and walking paths. A very pleasant area to stay.
