“You know Akita is little difficult location to go from Tokyo. So there is little foreign tourist. We booked 2 rooms but we had a hard time to identify 2nd room. Their duty manager was kind and patient to help us. We want to visit this local hotel which shows friendly and tactful actions.”

“Excelente estancia”

“The hotel was about a five-minute walk from the station, which made it very convenient. There were food options in the station as well as nearby, along with a lovely park and a shopping mall with a LOFT store. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. They also offer complimentary breakfast and free coffee.”
