Bom. Simples mas com poucas alterações seria ótimo

As instalações são antigas mas são relativamente confortáveis. O café da manhã dispõe de boas opções com boa qualidade no fim de semana. As mesmas opções servidas na Segunda-Feira já não tinham a mesma qualidade. As servidoras são atenciosas. A limpeza do hotel é boa. O bar quase sempre não tem ninguém então não pude avaliar. A recepção é o ponto fraco! Atendentes em sua maioria antipáticos, sendo que uma delas trata as pessoas com desdém. Nitidamente só faz pelo dinheiro. Enfim, melhor não precisar deles, ou mais especificamente dela. No geral o custo benefício é bom. Acredito que uma oferta de água e café na recepção tornaria a estadia mais reconfortante. Os quartos são pequenos e com mobília antiga mas o colchão é bom, o ar condicionado e o chuveiro também. Excelente localização.

Boa localização, limpeza e café da manhã.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo e o café da manhã é excelente, travesseiros são ruins e não consegui outros na recepção, a internet (Wifi) não pega no quarto solicitei a troca de quarto e não fui atendido. Os recepcionista tem um atendimento muito limitado.

Não foi muito boa minha hospedagem nesse hotel, nós éramos em 3 pessoas só tinha 1 toalha de banho tivemos que solicitar as outras 2 toalhas, outro problema foi o cobertor só tinha 2 cobertores , fui solicitar mais um e não tinha mais para oferecer!! Outro problema foi no fechamento, da conta o funcionário marcou errado e não arrumou, fiquei mais de 20 minutos ate chegar a gerente para resolver pois a menina que estava fazendo o fechamento simplesmente me ignorou para resolver o meu problema! Eu que fui ate o restaurante para pegar o cardápio e mostrar o que tinha consumido!
