The location was good. My only recommendation is that when people book through Expedia that you tell them that they need to see staff to register, they cannot do it through the kiosks in the lobby.

Clean room in big hotel. In-hotel restaurant appreciated. In the UK bed cover is a synthetic doona (comforter) in a cover with no top sheet. There is no way to regulate sleeping temperature, no alternative cover such as blankets. I find the doona far too hot, I can't sleep under it. My only option is remove the doona and sleep under just the cover. Check in terrible! The automated booths are hopeless, would not accept my details, apparently because I don't have a UK postcode, Then would not accept my booking number. Fortunately the staff were helpful.

My room was excellent in space, facilities and cleanliness. The food was fine in the restaurant and a fine selection of drinks at the bar. The automated check-in machines are abysmal and when I had troubles there the staff were not very friendly at all. I'd still use again for everything else was fine.
