Our room was clean and staff friendly for te most part. Our location was convenient. Something that would have enhanced our stay and my review would have been a kettle and cups in the room to enable us to make a coffee without leaving the hotel. Coffee is available in the lobby for a ridiculous price. I think 2.7 pounds for a small cup of black coffee. I would think that if they can’t put kettles in the rooms, they might at least offer it for a reasonable price in the lobby.

This hotel is in the centre of Glasgow and within easy walking distance to the central train station, bus routes and shops and bars. We felt safe and it was easy to walk around at night and during the day. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and it met all our expectations and we would stay there again.

Point A in Glasgow is centrally located within walking distance of the Queen Street Station and the Buchanan Bus Station as well as the pedestrian only Buchanan Street. The room was cozy but nicely appointed with adequate storage. The shower had a steady supply of hot water. The continental breakfast offered a variety of baked goods, cold cereals, yogurt as well is boiled eggs, cheese and ham. We would definitely recommend it.
