This is my second stay here, the last time was a couple of years ago. As soon as I checked in I was reminded of why I came back. The staff are really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean too. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Glasgow. Highly recommended.

I think this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Your website said that we got free breakfast and the concierge said I did not get free breakfast he gave me a cup of coffee though that was so thoughtful
