Restaurant food was very good. Rooms a bit tired very dark as it is with Malmaison. No outside ventilation as room windows faced into the bar roof space. Floorboards creaked very lousy in my room and room above. It’s ok but realise now why I don’t stay here all the time Bar and restaurant and location all good.

Lovely location, great staff. Feels like it needs some maintenance in places, bathroom and flooring in particular. Other Malmaisons feel plush and sumptuous but this one feels basic and utilitarian. Have a club deluxe double room. Very dark with terrible lighting. Bathroom sorely in need of upgrading or at the very least, some maintenance. Sky Sports in room a great feature.

Location great for a lot of arts and music venues. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Lots of sockets, decent TV and great powerful shower. One small thing that bugged me: I wish the tea/coffee-making stuff was on a tray as it was all on a shelf in the wardrobe, so everything had to be pulled out one by one.

Room was cleaned well and had the option to forgo cleaning on any given day in exchange for a drink at the bar. Toilet flush button broke on the first night but the staff were very helpful and respectful in getting it fixed. Glass panel in the shower was on a hinge and wouldn’t close fully, so some water did get on the floor. Location is great for walking to the bus and it was easy to catch an Uber from the front door. Air conditioning kept everything cool, and the couches and bed were comfortable. No regular outlets near the bed, just USB but the staff gave us an extension cord. Overall a great trip, would recommend.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it had all the amenities needed for a good short stay. Great tea & coffee, lovely bedding so overall very pleased. The location is great but the biggest asset by far was the lovely, helpful staff I had the pleasure to meet.

We would highly recommend Malmaison Glasgow, situated in a great location for visiting Glasgow and only a 5 minute walk from a secure multistorey carpark. We brought our large dog on this trip and all staff were fantastic and very helpful making us feel at home . The room had been set up thoughtfully with a bed for our dog and bowls and a doggy bag full of treats . Malmaison Glasgow is perfect, central but quiet and relaxed . I would highly recommend this hotel , Malmaison consistently delivers a taste of luxury that is unique and the staff are all wonderful . 10/10 Fabulous
