The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival, it was clean, spacious and had all the usual amenities including a coffee machine, a bonus. The food menu in the restaurant was very good, the drinks menu in the cocktail bar was good and had comparable pricing. The spa and pool areas were clean with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is in it's own grounds with loads of parking and EV charging available. It is relatively close to local amenities including a lovely country park for walking or entertaining the children. The breakfast was buffet style quite busy but everything was available and the staff coverage was good.

Staff were very friendly. Building is so very tired and need of refurbishment. Carpets and deco in bedroom is all worn out. To be fair it was clean. Shower was just about dripping out water. To be fair I didn't complain about shower because I was using shower in swimming pool. Breakfast was average Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and changing rooms were excellent and only thing that was 4 star. I wouldn't stay again. A reflection on the ownership and not the friendly staff.

Couple stayed the one night, B&B, used the gym, pool and sauna, all good with that. Had an evening meal, which to be fair was pretty expensive, tasty enough but not decent size portions for the price, plus no vegetables included. Breakfast was worthwhile, enjoyed that. Room was a good size, bathroom was adequate, all in all nice clean hotel, no complaints, just a bit expensive for evening meal and drinks.
