We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the concierge really helped us find the type of restaurant we were looking for. The location is so convenient if you are traveling by train. We did not eat here but did use the bar which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the city. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Glasgow.

Our room was large, lots of storage space and also very quiet. No street noise despite our room looking onto a very busy street. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice of hot and cold food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is well maintained and feels quite luxurious. Excellent stay.

Hotel is basically in the central train station. Had a restaurant and bar. Rooms were well stocked and clean w comfortable beds. Room service available. Great location to shopping and downtown Glasgow. If u r coming and going via train it is the most convenient place to stay. They do not have valet parking or their own lot but u do get a discounted rate at one of the car parks around the corner.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Fluffy robes and slippers in room. Water in room, complimentary. No fridge, bummer. Nice bathroom and toiletries. The check in process was great. Really wonderful staff. This was our second stay here. You cannot beat the location and service of the Voco Grand Central. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We look forward to returning!

2nd time I’ve stayed here and 2nd time I’ve not been able to eat dinner in the hotel. This time it was due to the commonwealth games and the hotel had only sandwiches on offer for guests due to catering for the athletes. Nice hotel and clean room.
