I was really impressed with the Argyll Hotel. It was traditional with its tartan which we loved. Room was comfortable and the bed lovely. Best thing was having a bath and shower in the room. I had a bath last night and this morning and I even got my 13 year old grandson in the bath. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. It’s in a fabulous location with good eateries and pubs nearby. We had an Indian takeout last night. This morning we had breakfast at the hotel. The staff were really kind and helpful. There was a wide selection of food to choose from and a real pot of tea! Fab. You could ask for your eggs to be cooked how you liked and everything was spotless in the restaurant.
