“The room was large and clean, with excellent bed linen and pillows. Upon request a coffee machine (using ese pods) was brought to the room, free of charge. The spa facilities are extensive, very well maintained and clean. The 20m outdoor lap pool is amazing, and a good temperature to actually do some proper swimming. Dinner was consistently excellent, as was the service. The only negative I can think of is that smoking is allowed anywhere on the terrace - I realise this is still (unfortunately)...

“This is a very nice resort and the spa area is excellent. Also the suites on the new building are really nice and comfortable however, there are a lot of minus point that I never saw before: 1. Half Board: if you are looking into breakfast and dinner, please take into account that the buffet is getting smaller and smaller, they do not replace the food, they simply downsize the buffet, I never saw this before but the difference between 8:30 am and 9:30 is Terrible! also during dinner, make sure...

“Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte in einem Comfort-Zimmer (Mountain Soul). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer entsprach den Angaben (geräumig, neu renoviert…) und hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren im Haus 3 und hatten daher sehr kurze Wege zur Panoramasauna, zum Außenpool und ins Restaurant. Die verschiedenen Wellnessbereiche haben uns alle gefallen. Es waren reichlich frische Handtücher, Duschen mit Duschgel, Wasser, Tee,...
