Amazing Cost/quality ratio

The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

Voor een eenvoudig hotel is de kwaliteit/ prijs uitstekend!! Schone slaapkamer en goed liggend bed. De badkamer en toilet waren gerenoveerd. Dit wisten wij, omdat we 4 jaar geleden daar ook al hadden overnacht. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Wat in de koeling hoorde te staan stond er ook. Er was genoeg aan zoete producten. Wat wij heel prettig vinden aan dit hitel is de prima parkeergelegenheid. De auto staat achter gesloten rolluik in een soort van grote omheinde binnentuin.

Albergo a pochi minuti dal centro. Personale cortese e disponibile sia prima (avevo mandato un'email per avere delle delucidazioni) che durante il soggiorno. Colazione a buffet buona. Ottima la possibilitĂ  di parcheggiare l'auto nel loro cortile al chiuso.

un hĂŽtel trĂšs classique

voici un hĂŽtel dont les Ă©quipements deviennent de plus en plus dessuĂ©, salle de bain propre mais vieillissante avec un rĂ©glage eau chaude qui prend un temps fou ce qui provoque une perte Ă©norme d'eau la chasse d'eau des toilette qui fuye, les fenĂȘtre aussi devront ĂȘtre changĂ© pour les Ă©conomies d'Ă©nergies et rĂ©duire les bruits extĂ©rieurs. Sinon la literie est bonne et la chambre mal insonorisĂ©e (bruit de l'ascenseur des clients dans le couloir etc...) En ce qui concerne le petit dĂ©jeuner mĂȘme si le cafĂ© est excellent un croissant et un morceau de pain ne suffit pas . Sans demander beaucoup plus vu le prix une tranche de jambon et un Ɠuf dur seraient pour certains les bien venus. Aussi l'obligation de venir Ă  l'hĂŽtel pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la carte de la chambre sans pouvoir arriver en cours de nuit avec un systĂšme de coffre Ă  code nous a fait perdre du temps dans notre organisation de journĂ©e.

Second sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel, le premier en novembre s'Ă©tait bien passĂ©. Mais lĂ , catastrophe ! Je rĂ©serve une chambre a 2 lits, on me donne une chambre a 1 lit. On me change vers une chambre 2 lits, j'ai dĂ» rĂ©clamer un drap de douche supplĂ©mentaire et descendre le chercher. Pas de serviette essuie mains. Pas de chauffage mais clim reversible, bruyante. Pas de depart tardif, nous avons dĂ» payer une nuit supplĂ©mentaire pour que mon amie puisse rester la journee dans la chambre pendant que je travaillais. Pourtant l'hĂŽtel etait loin d'ĂȘtre complet! Aucun sens commercial : alors que nous venions de regler cette nuit supplĂ©mentaire que nous nutiliserions donc pas (et la dame le savait), elle indique avoir oubliĂ© de compter le supplĂ©ment chien... donc encore 10 euros a rĂ©gler... et pour finir, le cocotier, un client habituĂ© qui squatte l'entrĂ©e du parking le temps d'aller chercher le code Ă  la rĂ©ception, et qui du coup m'empĂȘche d'entrer dans le parking, m'obligeant a attendre sur la rue hyper passante, donc Ă  bloquer la circulation, puis au moment d'entrer dans le hall de l'hĂŽtel limite il me bouscule pour rentrer avant moi (prĂ©textant qu'il voulait me tenir la porte...). Quand je m'Ă©nerve il me traite de malade et de folle, et malgre tout la dame Ă  la rĂ©ception prend sa defense. Une chose est sĂ»re ils ne sont pas prĂȘts de me revoir...
