Rooms were clean well maintained. Staff was very pleasant, but would go into the back room after checking you in. We would then have to call on the phone if you needed anything else. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee would run out both morning we were there and no one was around to ask to refill it. There is also no elevators so if you cannot due stairs it could be a problem. You might want to ask for a first floor room. Overall the place was very well kept and staff were pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were well kept. I would stay again, but would want a first floor room. Pretty nice place to stay.

We have stayed there every time we visit that area and it has always been great, however they closed the pool which is not a dealbreaker, it's an indoor pool and we don't have time to go for a swim anyways, but they need to stop advertising it on the websites. Other than that we will stay there again next time. Thanks for being so clean
