Good for a one night stay in Gettysburg because it is within walking distance to landmarks, restaurants and shops. Outdoor seasonal pool was very warm and clean. Free parking is a plus.

Although the rooms were somewhat outdated, (especially the bedspreads), everything was clean and maintained, and the staff was friendly. Kind and clean is more important than contemporary and cold.

Quiet, older but clean and very affordable and great location in the heart of it all. Everything was walkable and lots of dining options and shops. Stay here everytime we visit Gettysburg now. Helpful, nice staff. Always feel safe here.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Honestly, that’s the only positive thing I have. The property was very dirty. Our room was borderline disgusting. Our towels had stains on them. The furniture was very old and unkept, the floors and around the sink faucets were dirty and the Kleenex holder was rusted out disgusting. They call us a budget hotel for a reason. Although I’ve stayed in cheaper places that are much much cleaner and better kept up.

Typical older motel in need of renovation. I wanted an inexpensive place to stay overnight after touring the battlefield, and the location and price fit the bill. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and attractions, just don't expect much in the way of amenities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 2nd year staying there and no complaints. Harlan is the go to guy. He likes iced tea which they dont have in machine. Pool looks really refreshing but didnt have a chance to use. Liked that parking is in front of room so Icould check on bike now and then. Will be staying there again next year if I go to bike week

It was little things like no hair dryer although the place where the dryer should have been was there. When I asked at checkout I was told they are not in the room because so many got stolen. If we had asked for one, we could have gotten it. It would have been nice to have been told that at check in. Also, the television was difficult to use. On the other hand, the price was very reasonable and the motel was in a very good place for walking around the community to see the local attractions.

Positive - Great location. Negative - The box spring and mattress were very worn out and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs poking your body. There were also visible stains. Negative - The ice machine was located in a shed in the back of the hotel. It was poorly lit and scary. Negative - The breakfast was a wrapped in plastic honey bun and a pot of coffee. Negative - The towels were extremely thin and hardly dried an entire body.

It is a budget motel. Everything is dated and in some cases in need of repair or replacement, The bed was fine and comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was extremely nice, parking was in front of the door and safe and it is very centrally located and walkable for all of Gettysburg. If you want to see the park and are using the room to shower and sleep, then it is certainly acceptable.
