Good 3* hotel, next to the GĂ©rardmer lake

The hotel has been renovated and it's still on the way of being done: new parking and wellness area are the next target. New owners who seems decided to improve the old hotel. Rooms are modern arranged, lobby and corridors too, the place is clean. Rooms on the street side are quite noisy due to heavy traffic passage (main road, roudabout passing by the city).

Adequate

On arrival we did not know what to expect: the hotels exterior is not very appealing. The reception area has an old fashioned decor. The room however was clean, and the bathroom renovated with even an extra closet in addition to the 2 drawers under the sink. The main colour in the room is grey, this makes the room rather dull. The breakfast at €14 was sufficient. No eggs or other warm food. We only took it the first day, the other 3 breakfasts we enjoyed in the city center.

TrÚs bon accueil chambre propre dommage pas de clim car ventilateur bruyant. Par contre dommage que le parking était en travaux car il a fallu faire 1km pour trouver une place. Sinon bon séjour

J'ai réservé en me trompe pas d'une semaine dans les dates... je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur seulement 1h avant fais le tour de rizent intrinsigente. Atelier fait preuve d'une politique totalement intransigeante aucun échange aucun arrangement possible. ( Je ne peux juger de la qualité de l'hÎtellerie) . Cette politique commerciale est à proscrire.

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit avec mon conjoint pour nous dĂ©connecter du quotidien pres du lac de GĂ©rardmer. L'hotel est trĂšs bien situĂ©, juste en face du lac. Un snack resto juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'hĂŽtel et pas trĂšs loin, il y a un espace de bien ĂȘtre avec piscine, bowling, escalade... Vraiment l'hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs propre et super accueil. L'hĂŽtel La RĂ©serve est bien situĂ©, mais trĂšs dĂ©cevant Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, d'autant plus quand comme nous on arrive sous la pluie : crĂ©pi sale, parking dans une cour mal agencĂ©e, aspect vieillot. À l'intĂ©rieur, on voit qu'il y a eu rĂ©novation des chambres et des couloirs, peut ĂȘtre aussi du bar. La chambre Ă©tait propre, bien insonorisĂ©e, conforme aux photos, la literie confortable et la dĂ©coration correcte. Le buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait tout Ă  fait satisfaisant avec du choix, des produits de qualitĂ© et locaux, et le personnel disponible.

HĂŽtel rĂ©servĂ© comme d’habitude via ExpĂ©dia sans jamais avoir de souci. Nous avons eu la surprise Ă  l’arrivĂ©e d’ĂȘtre dĂ©classĂ© de chambre. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre de luxe et avons eu une confort plus. L’explication du dirigeant ne m’a pas convaincu. C’est ExpĂ©dia qui book en autonomie les chambres, nous n’intervenons pas. Je trouve cela trop facile de faire venir les gens avec une belle chambre Ă  un prix attractif et aprĂšs les dĂ©classer. Sinon, la chambre Ă©tait sommaire mais trĂšs bruyante. On entend les voisins. Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain propre
