Good location easy to get to all sides of Penang. Bakery, mini mart, large 7-11, restaurant and a pharmacy nearby makes it very convenient. Apartment is clean and spacious.

Our stay at Tropicana 218 Macalister was fantastic and made even better by the excellent service from the management team at Yue Lai Inn Management. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, and the directions provided to help us find our way around the property were clear and very helpful. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a lovely view that made relaxing in the evenings especially enjoyable. One of the highlights was the level 8 swimming pool, which was refreshing and a great place to cool off after exploring the city. The location is also very convenient. There’s shopping right downstairs, and some of Penang’s amazing local street food is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to experience the vibrant food culture that George Town is famous for. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. With responsive management, great amenities, and a fantastic location, we would happily stay here again when visiting Penang. Highly recommended! 🌴🏙️🍜

Very disappointed - not a luxury condo! Sadly cleaning was not through and hair was left in the shower alongside large parts of the grout were stained with mildew. Broken toilet seat in one bathroom- and the other had a bucket to catch the leak in the ceiling. One bedroom had a socket hanging off the wall nearly which was alarming. For a self catering apartment there was literally nothing to eat on or drink from - no glasses in the kitchen- and only one plate!! Check in was a huge digital ordeal and the way the cash deposit was dealt with very unprofessional. The cleaning issue was acted on promptly, but little difference was seen once the cleaner had revisited. The curtains were thin and let in so much light. The only plus was having a washing machine. Definitely not worth the money we paid and we would never stay again.

飯店樓下有兩間超商，走路10分內可以到光大/汕頭夜市，如果喜歡邊走邊逛可以不用搭grab。 過一條街很多吃的，很多榴槤可以吃。 飯店比較像是民宿，沒有到非常乾淨，但在4分水準之上，沒有提供盥洗用具，有冰箱和微波爐。 有海景可以看，但隔音不是很好，每天晚上都會聽到有人在唱歌到11點多，
