2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room smelled really bad of mold and the aircon was too cold, when I asked for a blanket they said they only had sheets but they did not give me another. The room was not cleaned once or bins emptied the whole time we were there. It was a good hotel before but the standards have dropped badly.
