“Room in poor condition. No WiFi. Dirty. Limited towel availability. No hand towels Amenities either broken or not working. Staff 3 times promised to fix WiFi. Nothing happened ”

“There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes”

“The property is very nice and clean. There is a variety of restaurant food options available on the lower level. The view was incredible and the host is very helpful in answering any questions you may have about the room.”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were...

“1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping.”
