A very clean and well-located hotel in Geneva NY not far from the lake, downtown and college campuses. We were very happy with the service and condition of the hotel. The only negative things we could mention would be the amenities - no coffee maker in room and no eggs at breakfast. Otherwise the breakfast provided was fine. In summary - the hotel excelled at the things that mattered most to us.

The convenient location was good. Our room felt damp, the carpet felt wet. We had an issue with the water that was addressed immediately. The staff was very nice and professional. It was clean other than the walls by the door and in the bathroom. It looked like someone had thrown coffee on the walls. Bathroom and bedding were clean.

The common areas were clean and well maintained. I had two double queen rooms. One was great; clean. The other was fine except one bed sheet had dog hair and a poop (dog poop?) stain in the middle of the sheet. We had to bring it to the front desk ourselves because they did not have anyone that could come take away the soiled sheets.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and free of any unpleasant odors. The window could be opened slightly to allow fresh air inside, making the room comfortable even on a warm day without needing much air conditioning. The breakfast area was also spotless and offered a wide variety of choices. Parking was easy, convenient, and felt safe. The only drawback was that weekend rates were nearly twice as high as weekday rates.

This was a good one night stay on our journey north. As the name implies, the rooms are quite small. Rooms could use updating. But all was clean and comfortable. No issues with noise, plumbing or climate control.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to the many wineries in the region. I had one problem with door cards and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was decent each morning. It's not a restaurant but the choices were good for different tastes. The place was clean and cozy plus staff made sure to check if any supplies were needed each day. The only thing lacking was the drain in the bathroom sink. It took forever to drain (Room 126.) However, I advised the staff at checkout and he did make note of it. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Room was compact, but clean and included all basic needs. Shower was okay, bed and pillows were functional, but not amazingly comfortable. The free breakfast was small, but included larger variety than I was expecting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was a great option for us and very close to HWS College where we were attending graduation.
