“Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. We hope to make another visit in the near future ”

“Excellent location, easy parking, nice staff - venue very nice, room OK but a bit cold and there was damp and mould from a water leak on the main wall. But otherwise, nice quality of accommodation.”

“There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. ”
