A nice standard hotel in an awesome location. The best part were the wonderful staff who were not only super sweet but extremely helpful multiple times! Highly recommend for an affordable little stay right in the heart of town

Not worth visiting

This hotel is not worth visiting. There was air conditioning yes but it was loud. It also boosted up during the night so it was impossible to sleep. There was only one pillow per person and they were ridiculously small. The room looked dirty bc there was carpet floor and it was full of stains. The breakfast wasn't great either, and there was only one can of oat milk which ended immediately in our use. And we had to ask for it, there were only milk products visible. The staff wasn't nice, only persons greeting us were the cleaning persons in the hallways. There was a garage for car and it costed 100 kr per night. Unfortunately the doors to the garage are open during the day so you can't be sure if your car is safe, even though you're paying for it's parking inside. Late check in is kinda hard bc you have to call to a person who doesn't know much and you get many codes to use in different doors. And when you're tired in the night, it's not that easy... Won't visit again and won't recommend.

Trevligt men varmt.

Trevligt hotell med god service, godkÀnd kontinental frukost och frÀscha rum. Det som drar ner betyget Àr vÀrmen pÄ rummet. Trots lite svalare vÀder (runt 20 grader) sÄ var det nÀstan olidligt varmt i rummet.

Slarvigt stÀdade rum. SÀngen var full av hÄrstrÄn, toaborste full av gammalt papper. Bomullsrondeller pÄ golvet. VÀldigt skitiga lister och sÀngbord. Vi bad om att fÄ ett nytt rum vilket var aningen bÀttre stÀdat men fortfarande vÀldigt mycket hÄrstrÄn och smuts i sÀngen. Tyckte det var för ofrÀscht för att bo dÀr sÄ vi tog in pÄ scandic istÀllet, fick ej nÄgra pengar tillbaka. Rekommenderar ej.

Rummet var vÀldigt varmt. Med fönster ut mot en vÀltrafikerad vÀg var det inte att tÀnka pÄ att ha fönstret öppet. Men det fanns iaf en liten flÀkt pÄ rummet. VÀldigt konstig placering av tvn pÄ rummet. Frukosten var vÀl godkÀnd. Inte mer.

Trevligt hotell med vÀnlig och tillmötesgÄende personal. Den kontinentala frukosten var en positiv överraskning med mycket att vÀlja pÄ. Ett litet minus för att dubbelsÀngens lÄngsida stod mot vÀggen sÄ att den som lÄg lÀngst in fick klÀttra över den som lÄg ytterst vid det nattliga toabesöket. Mycket centralt lÀge nÀra centralstationen. Bor gÀrna pÄ samma hotell vid nÀsta besök i GÀvle.

Trevlig personal, standard frukost men vissa fat var tomma pÄ frukostbuffén, ingen snabb pÄfyllning trotts fÄ gÀster i matsalen. Rummet jag hade lÄg i trapphuset, det var vÀldigt lyhört frÄn alla som gick i trappan. Rummet var litet men jag behövde bara nÄgonstans att sova sÄ det dög Ät mig.
