“Camera pulita personale e parcheggio”

“La habitación que reservé no se parecía en nada a la que recibí, la nevera no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado tampoco, las paredes tenían un papel pegado que estaba todo roto, viejo y feo. Salías de la habitación y parecía que estabas en otro hotel, todo el salón súper bonito y el desayuno genial, pero luego en la habitación fatal todo.”

“This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing.”
