This hotel is clean, well-priced, and at a convenient location. All staff we talked to were friendly and it was just a nice, basic place to stay. The only negative for me was the air conditioning unit being very loud, but I have no other complaints.

We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues

This property definitely needs to be updated and potentially cleaned. The walkway going up to the levels were not particularly pleasant. The room did not feel really clean. The bathroom door in our room looked like it had been falling apart from mold at the bottom and a piece of wood was screwed over it. The plus side was that I felt that the bed was comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. We were impressed with the metal bedframes that would make cleaning easy and less likely to harbor potential grossness. Great location and easy walk to pretty much everything. Pool was very nice although we did not have time to use it. The shower has a very intense spray that kind of got water everywhere despite my best efforts to keep it contained. Nothing a towel can't fix though. We would stay here again.
