Stayed one night and loved it! Great location and was able to walk everywhere we went! Very spacious and clean room. Very quick check in and check out and staff was very helpful! Would stay here again next time we visit Gatlinburg.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crossroads Inn in Gatlinburg this weekend! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around Gatlinburg. It was a nice place to come back to after a busy day exploring. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the property as a whole, it was a last minute booking for rod run 2026 and it was cheap so I honestly didn’t expect a whole lot as I have been through it before with multiple different cheap options and was far from impressed We got a suite and the room was very clean, the fella at the front desk was very nice and the property as a whole was extremely clean for the price, parking was easy and I love that it was right at the entrance to gatlinburg and you could walk from the hotel to the strip and shop I would definitely stay again

Check in was quick and easy. I messaged the property before-hand to request a ground level room and they were able to accommodate this with no issue. The room was as pictured and was mostly clean upon arrival aside from the carpet which was a little dirty. There is a laundry room on the property that you have to pay for. We were able to wash our clothes but when we went to dry them, we learned that the dryer was out of service.. Parking was fairly limited but we never had to walk very far to get to and from our car. On the day before our checkout, our room keys were deactivated too early but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to get us new keys immediately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we that we had.

Our room was amazing! I loved the separate sitting room, our jacuzzi tub was fantastic after a long day and the location was perfect! Parking can be difficult if you arrive later in the evening (the parking lot is kinda small- but for us it was not an issue). We did not use the pool, but it was definitely being enjoyed by other guests.
