“The hotel itself was excellent, as were the staff. The attached restaurant however, was atrocious. The service was practically non existent. We had tea and (very nice) cake there in the afternoon (eventually), and when we turned up for breakfast the next morning, our tea dishes were still on the table. “Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place.
