Good location is beside the shopping in Gaspe which is very convenient. It is walkable to fast food, sit down restaurants, bakery, and grocery store. I loved the rooms lighting and modern TV. The room had a connecting door to next door and I found that noise passes through very easily as I heard the neighbour's TV and talking at night.

The property was clean and had a great view of the Bay. It was well priced and great value. The restaraunt in the hotel had a great menu which allowed us to stay at the hotel for dinner after a long day of travel. The rooms were a little dated but clean.

I liked how clean everything was and how professional it seemed. The gym was pretty small, but it was good enough. It had something for chest, back, and a leg curl thing (no squat rack). The laundry machines were coin operated and limited (I think only one washer and dryer). The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice.

It seems that booking through Expedia means getting the least comfortable room. We had requested sea view which we got as a narrow lane way between hotel exterior wall. The room was small as was the bathroom. They told us that this was the only room with a queen bed although the bed was either a double or a very small queen. The restaurant and staff were very professional and the food was very good. The room was a big disappointment everything else was no more than 3.5 stars.I have travelled the world so 3.5 stars is the maximum this Hotel deserves
